1. Acceptance of Terms

By texting our service number or otherwise using JustText.ai ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

JustText.ai is an SMS-based AI assistant. You send a text message to our number and our AI responds with a text message. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

3. SMS Program & Consent

By sending a text to our number you are opting in to receive AI-generated SMS replies from JustText.ai. Message frequency varies and depends on your usage.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. HELP and STOP

  • Text HELP at any time to receive information about the Service and how to contact support.
  • Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages until you opt back in.
  • Text START or UNSTOP to resume the Service after a STOP.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;
  • Send harassing, threatening, or unlawful content;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service;
  • Generate content that exploits minors or facilitates real-world harm.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTTEXT.AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
